pheonix500000 - Some of the well-known retailers sell shirts that have a custom fit. Just got to know your size. Otherwise, take your shirts to a tailor and get them fitted. Depending on where you live I can give some recs.

i live in the Caribbean so i buy a lot of my stuff online, thats why if i know what brands fit properly and how their sizes run. eg with t shirts depending on the brand the same size fits differently.

Brooks Brothers has always been good to me. Charles Tyrwhitt is similar. Bonobos. Jcrew and Lands End if you're looking for more casual/younger. BR sometimes.
