Yeah we'll you can't expect to go to a conservative Muslim country like Dubai and expect them to bend to your way of life. I'm not condoning her being raped obviously. But according to their way of life she shouldn't be walking half naked in public without a male escort. It is what it is and by their standards she's in the wrong. She should have known that before going to Dubai. This is no different than that woman that got raped in India while hitch hiking alone.
