Katie Hopkins - Masterful Trolling Recognized

She may be a fame hungry reality star, but I have to hand it to her, on four separate occasions she has impressed me. In the first case, she sat next to a fat 'model' and shamed her to her face about being fat and lazy. Sure, she's hardly an oil painting herself, but kudos for breaking the status quo and saying what everyone else secretly thinks.

After all the outrage, she responded with this delightful retort.

She even shamed a fatty on live TV by saying she would never employ one!

Of course, most of the support in the first articles comes from men, and all the vitriol comes from women, which leads me nicely to the second time she impressed me with this article. It is about women's catty, solipsistic, jealous behavior and how it is rooted in evolutionary psychology etc. Again, the support in the comments is from men, and the hatred from women - thus highlighting Katie's point.

Yesterday, Mrs. Hopkins appeared on the same show as the fat-shaming, saying that she judges her children's school friends based on their names, and obviously the parents for giving them these names. The outburst from (again), mainly women on twitter is absurd. It's obvious to anyone with a brain that a kid named "Sophie" is going to be from a more middle class background to a kid named "Rihanna" or whatever. And everyone, apart from people who would call their kid Rihanna of course, would be judgmental about it. Yeah, it's snobby, but almost everyone does it. There was even a thread on here a few days ago about it. There was a poll in the P.C/socialist Guardian Newspaper asking it's reader if they do the same. 70% said no. Fucking liers.

Last but not least, in this article from 2011, about women needing to be able to take the odd sexist joke without running off to daddy HR department - she confirms everything we say about feminism: I.E - That it is a joke.

But I did not join in this chorus of disapproval. Instead, I argued that the entire episode illustrated the intolerance and absurdity of a twisted brand of feminism which has taken over public life. This creed, I said, does women no favours, since it treats all women as pathetic victims who need special treatment. I added that the furore showed that Britain is in danger of losing its sense of humour.

...and my personal favourite:

Far from helping women, the feminist agenda is weakening their ability to handle the real world.

Thankfully, most of the comments were women agreeing with her. Outside of out-of-touch politicians, fat rabid internet feminists and their followers...feminism in the form we often chastise isn't really accepted by 'real' women. And by 'real' I don't mean fat!

Here she is on the BBC show Question Time debating the issue:

The white knighting by the manginas on the panel is enough to make you punch your computer screen.

OK, so not all of it is really 'trolling' as we put it. However, the fact that she manages to worm her way on to mainstream TV, even the BBC's 'high brow' Question Time only to espouse non-P.C views is admirable and I salute her for it.
