I hate how 99% of these corporations are such pussies, and never own up to anything even when it's obvious they're talking out of their ass.
I wonder if consumers would reward corporations for just talking straight and admitting negligence. The popular reasoning is that they don't want to admit liability in the event of a lawsuit, but I'm not sure corporate admission would make much difference in cases like these.
