Dude seriously?! Haha, you've probably heard way more than you'd ever know. They were extremely dynamic, and songs would sound completely different.
I agree that "BEST" is subjective. I used to hate on the Beatles just because I liked Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, and the Rolling Stones better for rock bands.
Some of the stuff they're popular for is Bieber type shit (though better produced and they wrote it) ala "I want to hold your hand". But dude, listen to Abbey Road, all the way through. Pop open a beer. Its about as good as an album gets. There is no doubting they were incredible song writers and melody makers.
