A lot of people do not realize that they should also COUNT THEIR OWN BODYWEIGHT. So, if you are lifting 20lbs dumbbells in each hand, add 40lbs + your bodyweight = psi on your lower back and testicle discomfort later on.

Mixx, I've heard that wearing belts is not something one should gravitate towards. One should strengthen their core. Using belts is like a crutch.
Are you suggesting that one should wear a belt for 20lb dumbell curls?
