Advice for my routine

Hey thanks for the reply. I only skip breakfast on my off days, and I actually eat a lot of carbs, just not with dinner. My workouts are always less than an hour, too. Yesterday my meals were:

Bowl of noodles with pork, eggs, shrimp, and beef.

Two cups of rice with 4 pork chops, 4 boiled eggs, some rotisserie pork, stir-fried clams, and pork with Chinese sauerkraut.

One cup of rice, three chicken legs, serving of shrimp.

Drank a papaya smoothie and a banana smoothie too.

Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn't an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag. We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language. And we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people.
