See that's the point. He doesn't. He is perfectly healthy, given his obvious libido, anymore than that he doesn't need to put in any effort into his looks to be appealing to any woman. He just watches what he eats before important movies to look like below, and the rest of the time he lets other men look like boy toys to get laid 1/50th as much as he does.
