I think the schools should get out of the business of adjudicating these cases at all.
Rape, sexual assault, indecent assault, they are crimes. If someone makes an accusation, it should go to police and prosecutors to be decided by those rules.
Rape is a life felony. Rapists usually get a few years in prison, even if they have no criminal record. How can schools suspend a guy for a few months for a life felony?
