not really sure about your situation so i can't say why she gave you bitchy face. maybe she found out you're banging other girls
i'd avoid sending out text like that since you're giving her power and letting her choose. always lead
will rule out the possibility that shes banging other guys since she didn't ignore you in person
invite her out to a random event "i'll be at _____ tonight, come join me" chat and find out why shes giving you cold shoulder, escalate and bang
if not i'd just go radio silence and send feeler text every now and then
