The thing about Toronto is that there are pockets of friendly women, mostly the ones who stay out of downtown and in their part of town.
The hard part is finding these spots and getting into these social circles.
Special events are great, such as FanExpo. Anything which gets girls who usually don't go downtown out helps a lot.
