Davao is more reserved than Cebu City. Not quite as many foreigners. Girls are more innocent. I got mostly Same Date Lays in Davao but you have to ploy through more LMR, compared to Cebu where after you get them to your room, it's usually very little. Also the nightlife in Davao now isn't that good thanks to a curfew (never was great to be honest). And internet game isn't near as active as in Cebu. and in davao you get more exotic value

Yeah, I only saw Kiev during summer, but there was a noticeable difference between Kiev and Odessa (Odessa had much hotter women walking around during summer).
