I do take naps occasionally, when I feel that I need one.
I don't think 7-8 hours of sleep is enough.
I think active, weight lifting, basketball playing, college girl chasing men over 30 need 9-10 hours of sleep per night.

I read the ingredients and the after water, the #1 ingredient is sugar.
I prefer to make my own tea and squeeze my own fresh lemons into it. I would probably use honey as a sweetener.
If I did drink that tea, I would "water it down" by around 40-50% in order to reduce the sugar by 40-50%.
That said, I admit that I am a health freak and sort of an extremist when it comes to this stuff. Feel free to ignore me. That tea will not kill you. I just like to avoid processed sugar. Again, I am an extremist.
