I live near Baltimore.
The town has a huge indie music scene, lots of popular jock clubs (like the Green Turtle), plus the whole Water Street yuppie happy hour scene. Then there are the street music festivals in the nearby suburbs like Towson and Catonsville, and the downtown club/concert scene (PowerPlant Live!). And that's just the stuff white folks do. It's also real easy to meet black and Hispanic women willing to go white in Baltimore.
There are also the college concerts (Hopkins, Towson, UMBC), an active theater community, burlesque places, the zoo, the Science Center, Harborplace, Little Italy...it's actually hard to go to Baltimore and not meet someone.
