He doesn't look especially Indian. If it weren't for his name, I would never classify him as an IRT. His behaviour is the worst of Beta and Alpha worlds, though - he combines tattoos, drugs, ruining his health and getting arrested in crazy circumstances with getting played by all sorts of women.
