Actually, you are right in a sense that there ARE sloppily dressed people out in the streets - I agree with this. But if you go to any of the places we discussed above, the girls there are in no way less stylish than elsewhere in the world. Fashion? What is fashion - what Cosmopolitan and Harpers Bazaar tries to cram down the consumers throat, just so Guess and Tommy Hilfiger can make more money?
