I've been training Judo here lately. Last time I went with a girl that was a "green belt" (eye roll). I just toyed with her the same way I would a smaller inexperienced guy. Giving them a good look but keeping the aggression to the appropriate level.
If a girl is that out of touch where she thinks she can compete with a man, I would treat her like I would a newbie that comes in acting like he's hot shit. I would check him. Would I tee off on a girl like she was a guy? No. But I would still check her.
