No offense to you Sammy but when you say you're knowledgable about lifting, what does that mean. I've seen so many people come out in these gym threads with just bad advice espousing it based solely on the fact that they follow their own bad advice so I'm hoping anyone who starts a thread like this or offers advice about health and fitness has some real background in it.
