still, I don't understand why this would be the last "fuck you" I would think that if someone had lost all sanity and was out of legal options to win and went nuclear/scorched earth they have killed the ex wife not themselves and then gone on the run while leaving the kid with relatives. That would be a 'fuck you' in the most criminal sense.
This is more like the real life version of screaming and flipping over the monopoly board when you have landed on boardwalk with hotels and you don't own it. She just thinks he's a sore loser now, no point is proven and a child is dead.
Leaving her alive to dwell on it for the rest of her life is worse than killing her. He hated her that much.
Now that is a "fuck you". She'll probably end up killing herself.
