You will definitely come across people in Culiacan and Mazatlan on the streets who will be dancing banda. If interested, a white guy or a black guy who can learn how to dance banda will see his value go through the roof with the girls here. It not really that hard either. For Latinos your value wont be too much, since you are expected to learn how to dance (Mexico dudes know what Im talking about).
