However, challenging a false idea with a counter-point doesn't make the counter-point necessarily true. And taking a sample and extrapolating it up to be a valid truth in all cases (= generalising) just isn't valid.
Just as stamping "red pill" on a perspective to see a thing, just one perspective, does not make it automatically true. (btw. a nice example of that is that some people think that being atheist is red pill. As the religion thread has shown, some people completely disagree. Are they blue pill? I'd disagree.)
Age, experience, helps to understand that.
