Sometimes within a controversial thread, there will be a large number of guys not following the rules contained in such a flow chart and ultimately chaos. Also, there may be several conversations being carried out simultaneously.
It may be possible to temporarily ban the rule breakers from the thread, but it would be very difficult to administer in a fair manner on such a large forum - unless thread banning /suspending authority were more broadly distributed (as compared with forum banning).
Maybe OP would be responsible for his thread?
