He's still there, and when I visited him a couple of years ago, he had a part-time model on his arm after moving on from a smoking hot student who in his words 'was getting too close'.
He was raised in North America but speaks fluent Polish. I was only in Poznan and Wroclaw for a couple nights each, so I can't say too much from personal experience, but everybody I've talked to here in Krakow talks about Poznan, and not Wroclaw... it's a small sample size I've talked to though.
