I have no idea, but I'm looking to find out.
Is Russian easy to learn?
Not at all...but I must say I have enjoyed learning the little I do know more than any other language I have taken up. I'm on Pimsleurs and hired a Russian language tutor for the last 3 months. I will be in no way close to fluent, but I won't starve either. One of the big things is learning the Cyrillic alphabet, and practicing reading the words as they sound out loud...you will actually see that many of the words are much the same, or sound very similar to, the English translation.
