I was reading up on some scams they run on foreigners there, as well as pickpocketers, and I was wondering if you knew anything about this stuff? Is it really a big problem, or can you avoid it? Obviously one should use common sense, but I'm wondering how bad it is.
I know about the tea scam and the art student scam, but what if like you meet a girl doing day game or in a club, what are the chances she's a pro and would steal all your stuff after you bring them back to your room or something?
Also forgot if this was mentioned, but how much Chinese is needed to game girls, whether in day time or nightclubs? I've asked around and it seems to vary. Thanks in advance again.
