I get pretty mucousy when eating dairy in large amounts. Like you I don't eat a ton of it. Some milk with my whey when I'm hurtin for calories, some cottage cheese or greek yogurt when its on sale. I do definitely look and feel much better when I eat it (less bloat + mucous), but its not worth it to cut out the few servings I have a week.
