Yes, "outright boldness" is the key. But it doesn't have to be a loud, cocky boldness. It just have to be like you are very sure of yourself and you know what you want. At first, you might be a little nervous when behaving so boldly. But with enough practice, being bold will seem very natural and healthy.
Most men are not bold enough.
