You know, someone on the boards said it before and I'll repeat it: I'd be much more down with women getting government-funded plastic surgery than free birth control. Plastic surgeons would obviously have to meet some very high standards to prevent clowns like this one from traipsing around.
Or free gym memberships. Private trainers. Style consultants. Makeup artists. Frivolous? Sure, but so are a lot of America's tax-sinkhole social programs. Might as well benefit from them on a more regular basis.
