Most got it through hard work - especially first generation rich - - in particular immigrants.
What the hell do the kids really know ?? most have no idea of the stress, pain, and discomfort that their parents suffered in order for them to have the luxury to go drinking - those kids are wusses compared to their folks who made the money - in particular if first generation rich.
