Thomas's summary is excellent, and the way he applies the knowledge in the book to modern game concepts is magnificent.
But I do hope that everybody who sees this goes and reads the original. It's only a couple hundred pages long, and Dale Carnegie is a man who made millions of dollars by communicating ideas in a clear and enjoyable manner, so it's one of the easiest reads you'll find. The advice in it is priceless.
