Yep, just had this happen to me with my Halloween lay - a girl broke part of my mask and said she would take it home to fix it and would return it to me later.
I told her, "Nah, I have some superglue of my own".
I haven't seen her since. If I had given her the mask I'd be down a killer Halloween costume.
