Well, to be fair, they gave him an assistant manager position, which means he gets the privilege of working 70 hours--instead of 30 or 35--for an extra couple of bucks an hour. He also gets to open and close the store at ungodly hours, and look in everyone's bag before they leave their shift, to make sure they're not shoplifting.
