One thing which never gets discussed is the role of psychological evaluation tests that HR departments throw at you before even accepting the resume.
Last night, after submitting an on-line resume to a posted job, I was immanently taken to a psych test. The last page of it told me to write about my self in 2500 characters or less.
I am not making this shit up.
I once endured four of these things in a row (one of the companies went bankrupt). At the end of the day I was ready to shoot kittens.
So how do you get past these "tests"?
