The problem is his personality. His posture. His voice. His avoidance of physical labor or exercise and over-reliance on the mind. His jackassery and his need to frame and display himself as smart and superior, rather than someone social and able to form friendship bonds.

But he's also a pretender, a lazy ass, and not as smart as he wishes he was. Rather than doing important work, he does nothing, and then wastes your time telling you how scientific it was in over-inflated language.

In this video from his High School years you can already see his extroversion and need to display and show off to others to prove to them how superior he is --a sure way to get audiences to hate you. There are several weird tells being flashed by his body language as well, but he is only 18 here.
