Best Brick and Mortar Lifestyle Businesses?

Here's the problem: No matter what you do, people, including a large segment of the girls you want to swoop, are gonna think your gay. The girls will say "Wow, he's really charming and well dressed, it's too bad he owns a lingerie shop." Even after you overcome the stereo type, do you really want to have to tell people at least once a day that you aren't gay? No.

Strongly disagree. Girls are intrigued by a guy who is masculine and attractive, yet has a few 'feminine' interests. A few girls will be annoying and say things like "haha, are you gay" - you can easily ignore those. But the quality ones will be intrigued.

Pickup artist Paul Janka has said that he's gotten lays from his fascination with women's high end shoes. I've talked to girls about clothes and even purses before. It just throws them on a loop - "wait, why does this cute cool guy know so much about clothes?!"

If a chick thinks you're gay, it's not because you own a flower shop. It's because you're soft. If you're not, you have nothing to worry about.

Also, from what I've heard, running a restaurant is a pretty big headache too.
