Great summary of a great book.
A few years ago I was hired to lead a division of +30 people, with almost no prior management experience. I read this book and practiced it often in daily life only a few months before I got that job. It helped me greatly. Especially in how to make the people I manage *want* to perform at a high level. My division achieved a lot of cool stuff during my time there. I have many examples from Dale Carnegie's book that pivoted difficult situations into favourable ones. Too lazy to write them out however
