The way he touches her is not in a way that shows he thinks he's worthy of her. The way he puts his arm around her is like that blog "Hover Hand". He just gave her everything he's got and she gives him a chicken peck.
Her body language is not one of a woman really taken with her man. She makes almost no eye contact with him from the time he presents her with the ring. Her giggling seemed a bit excessive but I suppose that could simply be nerves due to the situation and camera, but might be to mask something else.
