base rate plus calories burned by exercise = your maintenance rate of caloric consumption. anything else is caloric deficit.
caloric deficits of any kind are necessarily catabolic.
you dont simply get to chose that your caloric deficit is solely made of up fat loss.
according to your math you are losing over a pound a day of pure fat.
as someone who is already at 10% BF, that is clearly impossible.
I also think you're wildly over estimating your caloric burn.
(i have both lost 60 lbs and gained 60 lbs on purpose so I have some idea of what i am talking about here)
