I have a hypothesis that the girls are hot where the diet is meat and dairy heavy. Where it's starch/sugar heavy, people tend to be ugly and short and squishy. Mongolia is super heavy on the dairy and meat and I bet the girls there are tight.

Americans were noted for being tall, fit, and good looking relative to Europeans during the wars as we ate relatively much more meat and dairy at that time. Both comparisons have since reversed.
