I think you should stop the low-carb diet completely asap, educate yourself on how to eat on this diet FIRST, and then get back on it properly.
You are doing more damage than good to your body thinking that an organic, green apple is "BAD FOR YOU BECAUSE...EWWWW...IT HAS CARBS!"
carbs from an apple or grapefruit are not the same carbs from a breakfeast croissant or burrito at Chipotle!
