The only other places I think are worth mentioning are:
Austin (fun city ,lots of girls)
Dallas
Atlanta (decent nightlife, girls)
Phoenix/Scottsdale (tons of hot girls, very underrated)
San Diego (great city overall)
If I am in "middle America", I only stop at BBQ joints and Big Universities.
