Nope, its none of them. I've been busting my brain over the name too but dont remember it. Its not in the hotels list on hostels.com either. You'll have to find it

Its on the right on a small street, the street ends in a t-junction.

Edit : i bothered me too much that i couldnt find it on the map yesterday. heres the map. Look for the street name TIGRE. the entrance of the (dump)hotel is right at the letter E.
