It´s normal.
I think the problem is in this age. People are being teached, that it is normal to use someone for pleasure and once it´s used, throw it away and get new someone. And it´s also probably much easier and more socially acceptable than before.
I think that what could help if really interested in meeting one girl, is maintaining noporn/no fap, cutting from social media full of pictures of different girls, avoiding places where a lot of other pretty girls can be easilly approached and doing stuff unusual way.
On the other hand, I spent too much time with one girl that I wasn´t attracted to longer time and it really affected my sexual life (libido drop, I was like 50 years old guy who avoided sex). I put too much emphasis on mental part of relationship and put away physical. It was my first love, but in the end, I found out it wasn´t okay physically and neither mentally.
