That's right. It's in San Simeon. I was always mistaken that city for Carmel for some damn reason. Thanks for the correction.

Edit: About 20 miles or so south of Carmel Highlands there will be a couple roads on the left going south if interested I can pipoint but here's a pic of what the homes look like....
