Came across this website highlighting those laws.

Law #1 - Always and inevitably everyone underestimates the number of stupid individuals in circulation

No matter how smart you think someone is, he will end up doing stupid shit (present company included).
You may think you hang with a cool and sensible crowd. But just wait for it, and it will happen.

Law #2 - The probability that a certain person be stupid is independent of any other characteristic of that person

The next paragraph shows I was wrong. σ is the percentage of the population, which is stupid:

Law #3 - A stupid person is a person who causes losses to another person or to a group of persons while himself deriving no gain and even possibly incurring losses
It is the golden rule, in a sense of it defining what is STUPIDITY.
Next he analyses the possibilities of the Stupidity based on 2 scales: Our gain/harm and the other person gain/harm.

So, we have the following types, based on the results of their actions:
Bandit - I lose, he wins. Example - Thief.
Intelligent - I win, he wins. Example - Win-Win deal.
Helpless - I win, he loses. Example - Buying an overpriced goods (from me).
Stupid - I lose, he loses. Example - Communist.

The main problem is lack of defense:

Law #4 - Non-stupid people always underestimate the damaging power of stupid individuals. In particular non-stupid people constantly forget that at all times and places and under any circumstances to deal and/or associate with stupid people always turns out to be a costly mistake.
Yes, you are now asking yourself: "What the hell am I going to do? There is no defense, and it is unpredictable"

Here comes the next one:
Law #5 - A stupid person is the most dangerous type of person.

I think we are seeing it with our own eyes.
Stupid people running amok (SJW), people in power becoming helpless so:
