Being in bars in general is a bad environment, people are so crazy these days, and so many people drink ridiculous amounts for no reason, catching them when they're drunk is practically asking for trouble.
You can meet sober girls during the day who, whatever their issues might be, aren't drunk late at night. No one would act that way in a cafe or something unless they were just completely mentally unhinged, and sober during the day it would be clear you were in the right (we hope).
