Brilliant to read this CR, have been considering going over to Tallinn during the Summer. Buddy of mine is a native so I could have a wing for a few days. Glad to hear the main bar district is located in close proximity to one another. I'm sure the price has risen a little bit in the two years since your post as the Estonian economy has been very strong. Mostly likely during August as I need to get some cash together and sit a few exams (main goal at the moment).
