I'm going to miss Jeb too, it has been great see him destroy his chances time and time again but I viscerally dislike him. Tl;dr They can't kill trump after Scalia and if they did they'd have to kill his whole family as they could run as legacy candidates.

Trump is not new on wanting people wanting to kill him, he already had experience about being in the public eye, the secret service knows what Trump is.

Beside, killing Trump before or after the election could trigger a massive shit storm, he is the last hope Americans have right now, killing him will mean killing American's last hope, which will trigger a civil war, is not very wise to do so, not matter how powerful donors and elite are, this is not James Bond movie with Illuminati people in a dark room.
