I wanted to get some advice on learning some skills when it comes to people skills and networking.
I noticed that one thing I lacked in my experience as an undergraduate was my ability in dealing with people and networking (not the who you know but the who knows you game). Although I was able to accomplish quite a lot "going it alone" and "not giving a damn" , I noticed that I could have accomplished a lot more with a bit of social savy and knowledge on what it takes to build and maintain a network of connections. When I am going to school for my masters, I want to make sure that I will have built a strong social capital with my alma mater as it will prove lucrative when accomplishing my future goals.
Any literature you guys would recommend in learning how to deal with people and learning how to network?
I already have Dale Carnegie's How To Win Friends And Influence People but was wondering if there was any other books out there I should scoop up.

Look up author Keith Ferrazzi. He's got two very popular books called "Never Eat Alone" and "Who's got your back?"

Yes I have.
Although not as an application but more as a way to avoid those playing the game (if you will). That said, it has been years since I have touched it and it is a great book in understanding the nature of people in general, good recommendation.
