Is Kendrick gay?

I'll admit I don't care much about his rapping and only know a few of his songs, but he and J Cole are the best conscious rappers for their generation. Both are super blue pill and liberal but I don't think either of them are gay. Are they a little soft? Of course compared to Nas or Jay-Z but they are not 80s or early 90s black kids, they are young millenials and hipsters, what else can you expect from them?

J. Cole and Kendrick young millenial hipsters?

Huh?

These guys arent modern snot nosed, blue and purple braids wearing early 20s hipster mcs. Both men are in their 30s and rap about their experiences growing up in ghetto America. Neither one attempts to inflate their "gangsterdom", like Jay-z, Nas and most mainstream 90s rappers. If that makes them a "little soft", so be it.

It doesnt sound like you actually listen to their music, which is fine but lets not throw them into the same bag as Drake when they dont warrant it. Kendrick is from Compton USA, Drake is from a nice area in Toronto, Canada. I've visited both cities, Drake has no street cred but wants to sing about "catching bodies" and simultaneously swagger jacks Memphis, The Bay and Houston.

Even if J Cole is a little bit younger than me, he is a hipster bro.

Google pictures of him and tell me that he does not even dress like one. Kendrick is not much better either and he is younger.

Hipsters are their biggest fan base. Not your garden variety street nigga or dude from the hood. Migos is more that speed, especially in the South.

Round here if I ask another black dude if he listens to either one of those cats, I might as well asked him if he smokes out of a bong instead of a blunt.

Politically both are very liberal. Not just because they are anti Trump, but because they are literally no different than Eminem. But hey, I get it. That's how you maintain social proof these days so you can continue to sell records and get your money from Hollywood and the Jewish record industry cabal and feed off Jay Z's leftovers. I get it. Would Nas punk out like that? Nope. A few others would call out black people's bullshit and hypocrisy if they wanted to and would get little to no pushback because at least they are consistent about it. We used to have rappers back in the day plead with the black community to stop the killings, not blame cops or white people. I'm sure a few have said something today, but it's not like it was before. Community was stronger back in the age of hiphop. Now rap is no longer hiphop and peddles victim-mentality and world salad bullshit.

There is nothing cutting edge from these guys. No teeth with rawness. 90s rappers were more loose with their words. DMX has never minced his words in public. Cassidy is another. I could go on and on.

When Future is likely the rawest/guttural rapper alive right now, that's really saying something. Just shows how the trap side of rap took over the real talk side of what is left of hiphop.

You are all over the place here.

If you like Future's mumble rap, "La di dad di da" lyrics about selling and consuming drugs and killing people who like like him thats cool, he has "hipster" fans too, just like Eminem and every other rapper you mentioned.

Future is definitely not red pill, look at how he lives his life outside of the recording studio. You brought politics into it, do you think Future is voting conservative or championing right wing causes?

"In the FUTURE niggas playing football with your son"

-Jay-Z

No you are the one all over the place.

It's one thing to have lots of hipster fans. That's unavoidable. It's another to look just as raggedy as them. That shit really isn't hiphop at all. Hiphop is flashy and colorful. Not a v neck, sloppy dreds, plain shoes, and those funny looking sweatpants young dudes wear that makes their junk stick out. I love ASAP Rocky alot, but I cannot lie dude is a little bit hipster too. Which is fine. He still isn't soft though.

Nowhere did I say Future is redpilled. He isn't redpilled and his game is just as suspect as well as the others. Re-read what I wrote. I said he is the rawest one, as in the least soft. Which is lame for this generation of rappers. A self made dope sellin style rapper with cringe-inducing ratchet as fuck lyrics. That's this generation's hardest hitting rapper? Weak. Hell in the 2000s it was at least a list as long as a basketball team roster of rappers that bring heat and that fire. It's like after Lil Wayne had his last Carter album, the Earth became silent. Where are the Jadakiss like niggas at, that can have a nice mainstream joint, then wreck someone or something? Doesn't need to be gangster. Can be Cassidy or JR Writer like is all I'm saying. Even Andre 3000 can spit bars if he felt like it. Where are the 12 minute freestyles full of heat (fire not filler) or hot mixtapes?

Why is it that Sway has to grab the mic and say shit like he hates these wack ass rappers, anytime someone that has that old school heat comes to his studio show and spits a dope freestyle.

Gorilla in the room much?

That diss track should kill Drake's career. There's no recovery from having a child by a porn ho.

Then again, I thought that Rick Ross was done when the pictures of him in the correctional officer's uniform emerged. Instead, he doubled down and made the best music of his career. So maybe that's what Drake is thinking. Go back to making anthems for chicks who don't like rap and dudes with white iPhones and maybe the general public will forget about this song.

The Story of Adidon is such a brutal diss, for those who are familiar with some history of "rap beef" I feel like this is the modern-day "Ether".

Pusha went after Drake having an illegitimate child that he tried to have aborted, and outed him as a deadbeat dad, went after Drake's friend and producer who has multiple sclerosis, went after Drake's own dad for walking out on him and his mom, etc. It's great to see someone finally go after this guy successfully, Drake's folding like a piece of paper now.

The days of rap/street beef ending careers are over. Do you think any of Drake's fans care about his "cred?" His fanbase is

1. Women (particularly white)
2. College bros
3. Black people who are "over" street rappers

I used to think Drake was soft when his buzz started years ago. But this many years later I realize there is a method to his madness. He is not strictly a hip hop artist. Furthermore, he is a great businessman & marketer. He was able to capitalize from the marketing machine. Sure he was a chosen one, but he was able to ride the wave & keep it going for a long time & it has not yet stopped. I will bet my entire life savings that any of you guys would love to just step in Drake's shoes for just a single weekend. Imagine what he has access to. Plus unlike Jay-Z he is a "free agent" (also like most of you guys lol).

This is nowhere near Ether level. You need a hiphop history lesson if you think it was.

Nas destroyed Jay Z so badly it became a new verb. To Ether someone is a complete artform where you undress someone from top to bottom, pulling apart their entire world in clever ways, fulling maximizing and utilizing the English language to use all kinds of metaphors and literary devices. This rap was too direct and lacked that level of art. To be Ethered it has to be a line by line, takedown. So strong there can be no counter to it.

Also, attacking Drake for knocking up a pornstar in the past is like styling on a dude that used to fuck fat chicks. Ok cool story bro. That kind of stuff is not really anyone's business in a way. If anything it makes the women that like Drake alot probably crave him more because they think they can get Markle'd as well.

I don't see this diss affecting Drake in any way. Not sure if he should even respond to it. This isn't the 90s or the 2000s. Who would put pressure on him to begin with?

"Well I wanna see what it's like when you get angry, ok?"

Me too, Drake. I want to feel the fire in a Drake response; I want the man to respond in his own way, but this isn't Meek Mill again.

This is was just ice cold by Pusha on 40, one of Drake's main producers and longtime friend:

40 hunched over like he 80
tick tick tick
how much time he got that man is
sick sick sick
i got the devil flow nigga
six six six

Plenty of other shots in the diss but this one was real cold. Noah "40" Shebib has multiple sclerosis and is not in completely good health. The ironic thing is that this was dropped the day before world MS day...

Fair enough, I might have used the term way too loosely, but the standards for "rap beef" have really plummeted nowadays, as well as the standards for rap in general. Also, Pusha's point wasn't that he knocked up the pornstar, it was that he claimed he was a deadbeat dad. Sure, it probably won't affect his fanbase because they only care about the music itself, but that will definitely sully his name, especially if it's proven that Adidon is actually Drake's forgotten son.

Maybe I missed it somewhere but how exactly does he know that he is a deadbeat dad? Does he know for a fact that he is dodging child support or something else? Does the chick want Drake in that kid's life or even wants money? I guess I am trying to figure out where is the proof at. He is making alot of claims about someone's personal business. Now if Drake told him all this himself, then I guess that is open and shut case, but I cannot imagine him telling people in his personal circles that he is a deadbeat dad like that. That's never good because you never want stuff like that to be available to witnesses for legal reasons.

It's not like Drake is knocking up bar whores like Winston Wu in the Philippines or something similar and/or not giving those kids a dime and they are eating out of the garbage cans. I'm sure that lil nigga is aiight despite having a pornstar mother if he is living in the US or Canada...

Is Drake The Softest Rapper of All Time? - Mochihunter - 05-30-2018

Yeah I wish it was the 90s and 00s again but Drake losing battles is irrelevant. Drake fans don't care he's a pop artist. They don't even care if the nigga doesn't write his own rhymes. Rap is a diffrent beast now.

Is Drake The Softest Rapper of All Time? - godfather dust - 05-30-2018

Yeah rap has changed... All the young cats coming out are faggots with purple dreadlocks and shit, they wouldn't have lasted 5 minutes even in the 2000s.

Pointing this out for one of the softest/least black (whatever the hell that means) rapper is definitely a pretty big diss considering the epidemic of deadbeat dads in the black community (and a big part of this issue rests on the state and black women's shoulders, but of course men are the only ones pointed at):

Further the photo is real and apparently the photographer says it was Drake's idea:
